Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us for return instructions within 15 days of receiving your item. However, we do know that occasionally things can go wrong and have set out here how we can help with any issues you may have in dealing with us.
1. You have received your order in perfect condition but it does not fit or you have changed your mind
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us by e-mail to confirm cancellation, we will gladly offer you a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. You have received your order but the item is damaged or faulty.
Please contact us immediately giving details of the damage or fault, If it is necessary to return the item to us, a full refund will issue and including the cost to you of shipping the item back to us.
3. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or invalid mailing address due to your error, then we can either
- Issue you a refund, less original shipping costs.
- We can ship your order to your corrected address after you pay shipping cost for us to resend your order.
4. Missing items
In the rare case that a product is missing altogether, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail. A postal investigation will be initiated. Though the estimated delivery time depends upon location, parcels may be delayed due to customs, weather conditions, holidays, and other extenuating circumstances. We ask that customers allow up to 30 days for shipments. After this time, an item will be considered lost and a full refund including original shipping costs will be given
5. Uncollected packages
Registered airmail does require a signature upon delivery, if there is no one home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Package which have not been collected will eventually return to us. We are able to resend the package but it will be necessary for the buyer to pay a second shipping fee. Alternatively, we can cancel the transaction and issue a refund, less original shipping costs.
